| $5 | provides a daily 3-meal delivery, one day of service for a homebound senior |
| $6 | provides a daily 3-meal, one day at a group dining location |
| $25 | provides a daily 3-meal delivery for one week |
| $125 | provides a daily 3-meal delivery for a month |
| $375 | provides a daily 3-meal delivery for three months |
| $750 | provides a daily 3-meal delivery for six months |
| $1500 | feeds a homebound senior or disabled adult for an entire year

| $125 | will provide access to a comprehensive wellness program including fitness classes, health screenings (skin, blood pressure, bone density etc.)
|
| $50 | helps provide to the community regularly scheduled seminars/workshops to empower people to make informed life decisions or provide vital information and assistance services to older adults and their families |
| $20 | provides a membership to the Center (required for some classes e.g. computer access and one-on-one tutoring for an older adult, market value $60-$75 per hour) |
